Mount And Blade Faction Not Being Conquered

0092 OPEN LETTER Michelle Alliot Marie and Vincent Lamanda

Ponson "Agence Jean-Claude Ponson "OPEN LETTER Attorney General, Minister of Justice 05/10/2010
Given the independence of the judiciary, you will find, enclosed, and for information copy of the letter that I send to Vincent Lamanda, First President of the Court of Cassation.

I hope, of course, the intervention of the latter, under boss of the Court of Cassation, but also a permanent member of the Disciplinary Committee of the Superior Council of Magistracy.
We see a resurgence, particularly worrying, the scam trial at the highest level of our justice. worse and always for the same reasons, individuals no longer know where to turn, in the Courts of Appeal. The independence of the judiciary may not, under any circumstances, be an excuse for that magistrates are able to grant itself all rights, and become criminals.

I propose to establish a special tribunal composed of judges, but also citizens of twelve jurors, having no links with the departments of justice.

This court will have before it by individuals, in proven cases of fraud and court judgments.

There is no doubt that this training will be highly sought in the early months.

But I am quite certain that cases of fraud by trial should quickly fade, as and when decisions without complacency, against magistrates, known criminals, in the exercise of their functions.

The Disciplinary Committee of the Superior Council of Magistracy is careful not to give any response to numerous complaints from litigants.

We know indeed that this proceeding is under the yoke of the magistrates union, whose members are too often themselves the source of scams trial.

The situation is catastrophic for our justice and magistrates' unions strive to increase the reassuring notes to try desperately to hide the truth to the public.

I know that you are perfectly clear and serious problem that can not escape.

There is no doubt that the public will be reassured that a guardrail could be put in place by a minister, a government, a president, despite the outcry of the powerful union of judges, anxious to preserve more and more privileges, under the guise of judicial independence.

Enough is enough.

I am quite certain that this proposal will hold your attention.

And please accept, Madam Attorney General, my most respectful greetings. Jean-Claude

Ponson
